“Leadership Forge” – the Leadership Training Program organized by the Old Anandians’ 2016 group in collaboration with the Prefects’ Guild of Ananda College was successfully held on the 11th of June 2023 at the Moor Hall of Ananda College. This program was organized with the aim of developing leadership and interpersonal skills of Assistant Prefects of Ananda College. Sessions were conducted by distinguished Old Anandians Mr. Bhathiya Jayakodi and Mr. Sachinda Dulanjana, who shared a wealth of knowledge and experience in these areas.
